  3. Charging Cables (Type-C, Micro USB, Lightning, 2-in-1)

  5. Adapters

All Vayu Beats products are backed by a 6-month to 1-year warranty (depending on the product category), starting from the date of purchase.

✓ What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues,

  1. Defective or non-working audio output
  2. Charging issues or poor battery performance (TWS/headphones)
  3. Faulty or non-functional cables/connectors
  4. Heating, sparking, or charging malfunction in chargers/adapters
  5. Unresponsive buttons or connection problems

✗ What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Physical damage (cracks, dents, water damage, etc.)
  2. Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  3. Wear and tear from regular usage
  4. Accessories (unless part of the core product)
  5. Damage due to electrical surges or external equipment

Warranty Terms

  3. Service Timeline: 7-10 business days for repair/replacement
  4. Shipping: Free shipping for warranty claims within India
