At Vayu Beats, your satisfaction is our rhythm. We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We’ll verify and, if confirmed, arrange for a free replacement—no questions asked

Replacement Process

  • Eligibility: Only unopened or defective products are eligible for replacement. For hygiene reasons, we cannot replace earbuds that have been used, even if unsealed.
  • Time Window: Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for TWS earbuds and charging cables.
  • How to Request: Email [support@vayubeats.com] with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • Pickup & Delivery: Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup for the defective product. Your replacement will ship as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • Processing Time: Replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for electronics—only replacements for genuinely faulty items.

Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Limited Editions & Flash Sales: All purchases during special promotions are final sale—no cancellations or replacements unless the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/Used Products: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or replacements for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
  • Accessories & Cables: Charging cables and accessories can only be replaced if defective or not as described.
