We currently offer a standard limited warranty on the following product categories:

  1. True Wireless Earbuds (TWS)
  2. Wired & Wireless Headphones
  3. Charging Cables (Type-C, Micro USB, Lightning, 2-in-1)
  4. Chargers
  5. Adapters

All Vayu Beats products are backed by a 6-month to 1-year warranty (depending on the product category), starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues, including but not limited to:

  1. Defective or non-working audio output
  2. Charging issues or poor battery performance (TWS/headphones)
  3. Faulty or non-functional cables/connectors
  4. Heating, sparking, or charging malfunction in chargers/adapters
  5. Unresponsive buttons or connection problems

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Physical damage (cracks, dents, water damage, etc.)
  2. Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  3. Wear and tear from regular usage
  4. Accessories (unless part of the core product)
  5. Damage due to electrical surges or external equipment

📄 Warranty Terms

  1. Valid only for products purchased through vayubeats.com or authorized partners.
  2. Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is mandatory.
  3. Warranty is non-transferable and applicable to original buyers only.
  4. Replacement products carry the remaining warranty of the original product or 30 days — whichever is longer.
